If you wish to hold an exhibition of your works, please confirm the available dates before you apply.
After your application form is reviewed, you will be issued a permit for usage of the gallery.
However, should any of the following conditions apply, your terms of use may be altered, your usage of the
gallery may be suspended, or your permission to use the gallery may be revoked.
① When found in violation of municipal bylaws or ordinance enforcement regulations
② When found in violation of the Terms of Use or the Purpose of Use
③ In the case of disaster preventing use of the facilities
④ In extraordinary cases deemed necessary in the public interest

②Something to convey the contents of your exhibition (E.g. approx. 20 photos output to 2L Japan size (5G US
size), or into slides, etc.)
- 1) The standard exhibition period is 2 weeks, but may vary slightly depending on the schedule/circumstances of the preceding and following exhibitions.
- 2) You may use our available general tools (nails, hammers, and wires, etc.) for your displays. However, we ask that you make your own arrangements for any specialized tools.
- 3) Closed days: In principle, the gallery is open every day during an exhibition. However, please note that we will be closed during the year-end holiday of 12/31 – 1/5 and during exhibit changeover days, and may also be closed for cleaning and maintenance of the facilities.

In principle, the fee is not refundable after it has been paid. However, the prescribed amount will be refunded in the following circumstances.

You may use our gallery’s frames and matte paper free of charge for your displays. However, you must request them in advance while submitting your application, due to limited quantities.

- ① In principle, the applicant/their associated group must set-up and remove their exhibits themselves in accordance with instructions given by the staff. (In the event that the applicant is unable to handle this themselves, please consult with the staff)
- ② You may use our available general tools (nails, hammers, and wires, etc.) for your displays, However, we ask that you make your own arrangements for any specialized tools.
- ③ Exhibitors are to be responsible for all expenses related to the transport and handling of their exhibited works. When delivering works in advance, please discuss the date of arrival with the staff.
- ④ After you’ve completed disassembly of your exhibits, please confirm with the staff. In the event of damage or loss of equipment or facility, you may be held liable.
- ① Expenses incurred for exhibits, panels, captions, introductions, profiles, etc. are the responsibility of the exhibitor.
- ② The Gallery will produce the signs for the exhibition, including directional signage for inside the premises, the sign displayed outside the gallery, etc.
- ① Expenses incurred for the production of advertising mail, pamphlets, etc. will be the responsibility of the exhibitor. (Producing such materials is not necessarily required of your exhibition)
- ② For special exhibits, the Gallery will produce pamphlets for and provide information to newspapers and magazines as needed.
- ① In principle, eating and smoking are both prohibited inside the Gallery. For eating and drinking, please use the space provided in front of the vending machines, and please use the smoking room for smoking.
- ② When planning to hold an opening party or similar event, please consult with the staff in advance.
- ① Please contact us in advance if you wish for us to handle sales of your merchandise, such as your works, photobooks, catalogues, postcards, etc. (We will charge 20% of the sale price as commission)
- ② Please produce your own displays and such for your merchandise.
- ① No compensation will be provided for any stains, damage, or loss of your works during the exhibition period.
- ② In principle, you can not leave any packing materials or unexhibited works at the Gallery.
- ③ The Gallery reserves the right to cancel and remove your exhibition if we deem the exhibited works to be: substantially different from the works submitted at the time of application, offensive to the public, problematic for the guests and other exhibitors; or if you do not follow the instructions of the staff, etc.
- ・ After your exhibition has been confirmed, please discuss the method of the displays, the use of equipment, etc. with the staff as soon as possible.
- ・ After your exhibition has been confirmed, you may not transfer or sublease the right to hold your exhibition to a third party.
- ・ Please be aware that the contents of these conditions are subject to change without prior notice.
